What is Reiki?
In Japanese, “Reiki” means “Universal Life Energy”
Reiki is an opportunity to rest and go within while the practitioner guides and moves energy to unlock blockages and bring peace and rejuvenation to the mind and nervous system. Unlike massage, with Reiki the practitioner only hovers their hands above or lightly sets their hands upon the client to channel, clear and guide energy. Reiki allows for access to places that are not seen in the physical world or perceived by the mind in everyday life. Reiki is a spiritual and meditative practice and offering that can bring the client into greater presence and awareness connecting them to Universal Life Energy. Reiki meets the client where they are and assists in regulation of mind, body and spirit helping the client to return to feelings of hope and inspiration. Reiki is a spiritual gift that Destiny is honored to offer.

One on One Reiki Sessions
Reiki is a healing ceremony through which universal life-force energy is moved and directed from Destiny’s palms to you. Destiny calls upon her mastery of the Usui, Karuna & Holy Fire lineages of reiki during a healing treatment with her clients. A healing can encourage emotional and physical releases as the meridians and energy centers (chakras) of the body are recalibrated and the energy field of the individual is cleared and freed. The session includes time to chat, set intentions and integrate the experience after the physical healing. Clients report feeling relaxed, calm, peaceful, happy, balanced, and inspired after a Reiki Healing session.

Reiki Certification Trainings and Workshops
Attunements available for: Usui 1 through Usui Master Levels
Destiny offers Usui Reiki Attunement trainings and workshops. An Attunement from master to student initiates the student's energy field into calibration with Reiki (universal life force energy). This calibration initiates and allows for mastery of channeling and guiding of Reiki Energy. One's own Reiki practice can benefit just them or can be used to assist others.
The trainings offer an introduction to the symbols, their uses and meanings and an evaluation of the student's ability to draw, name and explain each symbol. Time will be provided for questions, theory and discussion. The easy to understand training books developed by Destiny’s teacher: independent Reiki Master Miranda J. Barrett, will be sold for each level of Attunement as reference for the student. The Attunement can be received in a shorter version or a more lengthy workshop which will include snacks, tea and time to practice newly acquired techniques.
Pairs and groups receive greater discounts for trainings. Workshops are only available for pairs and groups.
